THE ROLE: Due to newly signed projects, we are seeking to appoint 2x Estimators / Supervisors on a permanent basis overseeing minor & major loss projects. The opportunity will allow 2 NEW Estimators / Supervisors to manage the assessment and tender process with direct insurance services providers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Effectively interpret insurance policy to determine insurable and non-insurable repairs Prepare clear and concise assessment reports detailing all aspects of the claim for utilisation by customers, insurers, subcontractors, and administration staff Develop detailed scope of works, accurate bills of quantities and fair and reasonable cost estimates on insurance building repair projects Supervise and coordinate property repair works that meets high quality standards YOU: Relevant tertiary education/qualification in Construction OR Project Management Strong track record in a similar role working with a reputable Tier 2 OR Tier 3 Insurance Builder Strong experience in site assessments, estimation and quotation Team player who is an all-rounder and can get in and get the job done!
